Stress plays an increasingly larger role in our daily lives, and has become a significant contributor to many disorders affecting many organ systems. While stress is acknowledged by conventional medicine as detrimental to health, not much is done to promote patient-centered healing. This video briefly suggests several mind-body therapies, including aromatherapy, touch therapy, mindfulness meditation, music therapy, and visual art therapy, to help individuals counter and perhaps even prevent stress.
